2. Data collected and purposes

  • Browsing data (Microsoft Clarity): pages visited, interactions (clicks, scrolling), anonymized session replay. Purpose: improve the user experience and identify friction points.
  • Contact data: name, email, message when you fill in a form. Purpose: respond to your commercial inquiry.
  • Audience measurement data (Google Analytics 4): pages visited, traffic source, device type, navigation events, pseudonymous session identifier. Purpose: measure site traffic and the effectiveness of our content. Google Analytics 4 does not retain IP addresses: they are used only to determine an approximate geolocation, then deleted.

The processing is based on your explicit consent (article 6.1.a of the GDPR) for analytics tools, and on legitimate interest (article 6.1.f) for the commercial inquiries you initiate.

4. Retention period

  • Cookie consent: 13 months (CNIL recommendation)
  • Clarity data: 13 months
  • Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*): 13 months
  • Google Analytics data: 14 months
  • Commercial inquiries: 3 years from the last contact

5. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability regarding your data. You can exercise these rights by writing to privacy@inversive.fr.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL if you consider that your rights are not being respected.

7. Processors

  • Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation, USA) — behavior analytics. Transfer outside the EU governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; Google LLC, United States, acting as a sub-processor) — audience measurement. Transfers to the United States are governed by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, to which Google LLC is certified, as well as by the Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Hosting, infrastructure and delivery: NXT INITIATIVE (Nextmap), SAS, 106 rue de Patay, 75013 Paris, France (SIREN 818 451 114) — hosting of the site and of the database, and delivery of the content through its cache network. Data hosted in France.
